There are two friends at a bar late one night. One holds a cat everywhere he goes. he never wears a watch. The friend finally asks him, "What's with the cat?" The man responds, "I use it to tell time." As the two are leaving the bar, the second man is pondering how this is possible. He finally asks his friend, puzzled, "So how does it tell time?" The man gives the cat a hard squeeze around its middle. The cat lets out a long meow, very loud. Down the street, a woman opens her window to yell, "What's with all the racket? We have received a very large number of requests to restart the What's Newsletter, so here it is! We've also been very busy with all sorts of new changes to the website. In fact, there are over 200 individual enhancements to the site!

Here are some of the more interesting ones. Want to know about the rest? Well, you'll just have to look around on your own!

We've changed the article system to support full content-management capabilities. This allows us to offer indexing, searching, and organizing to make it easier to find the information you need.

Likewise you can now see which articles are new by looking for the

symbol. These are always sorted right at the top to make them easier to find.

We used to get questions everyday about "Where was that article where you talked about..." and had a difficult time answering them. With over 400 articles available, it was difficult to find them!

Now, you can use the "Search Articles" feature found in the Articles ("Self Help") section in order to locate articles by text, keywords, titles, and much more.

Speaking of keywords, have you checked out the keyword list yet? If you want to know more about a specific subject such as "sex", just ask using keywords. It's fast, powerful and fun!

We are adding content at a blistering rate! There is a huge amount of information - much of it on the cutting edge of "relationship technology" - and we're trying to get it to you as fast as possible.

To date, we've answered over 13,000 letters from readers! Many of those questions get asked again and again, so we decided to put the answers into an easy-to-read, FAQ section. Be sure to check it out from the main article page.

As you read articles on this site or others, you'll often find terms and abbreviations that you've never seen before. "AFC", "RI-8", "Next", and "ONS" are just a few examples. Learn the language of Being a Man™ by checking out these abbreviations!

Do you want to see how much more time you have on your membership? Would you like to change your password or the way you receive the What's Newsletter? Once, you're logged in, all you have to do is click on the Membership Info button in the Self Help section. From there you can not only see a bunch of things about your membership, you can also change certain features by clicking on the link provided.

Relationship/Sex Tips

In BAM2, there's an entire section devoted to learning how to lie effectively. Why would any guy need to know that? Is our point to deceive or misdirect?

Partially, the answer is "yes", but practically, you'll have to decide for yourself.

An interesting study was done a few years ago that shows women are far better at both detecting lies and lying themselves, than men are. Why is this? Simple: because women using lying as an effective communication tool!

Whereas men are under a "code of honor" not to lie, women are under no such restraint, and when polled, most felt that lying in certain circumstances is usually acceptable. You (as a guy) need to know this. It doesn't mean necessarily that you're being lied to, but then, it doesn't mean that you're not either!

Learning how to lie effectively gives you a new set of tools in order to understand when you're being lied to and when you're being told the truth. In a perfect world, everyone would only tell the truth and everyone else would accept everything said as the truth.

By understanding lying, you are not only better able to detect it, you are also better able to handle it when it does occur. More important, you won't be caught off-guard and be unable to respond appropriately.

Remember: you can never have too many tools in your "relationship kit". The women you seek already have all of these tools - far more than you can imagine. By building up your own kit, you're also making yourself a much better partner for the women in your life. I know that this is what women want too - better relationship-enabled men with better relationship skills. I know this because they write to me everyday with that wish!

There's this guy that I'm interested in. I see him everyday before I go to work. He looks and me and I do the same. I would really love to talk to him but every time I don't nothing comes out. All I want to do is say hi to him. Any ways to help me with this problem?

Hello!

First, let me congratulate you on being willing to make the first move. That is so rare among women today as to almost be a joke! There's absolutely nothing wrong with you doing the approach, and if truth be told, many, many guys just don't know how to do this! So, instead, they do nothing.

Here's what I suggest. The next time you see him, just walk up and say, "Hey, are you following me around or something? I see you every day on my way to work. My name is Lori, what's yours?" Then, just wait for him to speak.

That's all you need for an ice breaker. It's short, easy, non-threatening and will allow you to start up a conversation.

Plan to keep this short, but you need to have a goal in mind. You can ask him where he works, what he does, tell him about you, etc., but limit this contact. When you're done, just say, "Hey, it was nice to meet you. I'd like to continue this sometime later, maybe over a drink." Then, take our a business card or piece of paper and write down your number (and name if needed) on it and hand it to him.
